Recently, I embarked on a solo adventure to Paris during the Obon holiday. My base for this trip was Maison d'Orange, a charming guesthouse run by a Japanese woman, exclusively for female Japanese travelers.

During my stay at Maison d'Orange, I had the wonderful fortune of meeting a fellow guest who owns an antique shop. She kindly offered to guide me through the flea market, transforming a personal outing into a shared adventure. We also enjoyed delicious meals together at the guesthouse, creating a warm and convivial atmosphere.
