Not too long ago, I had the absolute pleasure of indulging in a delightful creation called the Winter Garden cake. This exquisite treat was savoured at the cafe within La Maison Elysée, a charming establishment conveniently located right across from the Presidential Palace. La Maison Elysée is more than just a cafe; it's a unique blend of museum, cafe, and a thoughtfully curated museum shop, offering a truly captivating experience.
The entire setting was a feast for the senses. From the beautifully chosen tableware that graced our table to the overall ambiance of the interior decor, everything spoke of a refined elegance. Beyond the delectable cake, the museum itself proved to be an enjoyable exploration, adding another layer of fascination to the visit.
