My Awesome Da Nang-Hoi An Trip! Memang Best! 😍
Here's the itinerary and costs for my 4-day, 3-night trip to Da Nang. Jom!
Fixed Costs (Per Person, Divided by 3 Sebab Kami Bertiga!)
- ✈️ Flight Tickets (Return) KL-Da Nang: RM600 (Can get cheaper if you book early!)
- Tip: Buy extra baggage allowance from the agent for a cheaper rate.
- My flight was supposed to depart at 12:45pm but delayed till 2:20pm due to weather. The return flight was at 11:35pm - nice night view!
- Food for 4 days: Details at the end of this entry.
- We stayed in a clean hotel with friendly staff. Just a 10-minute walk or 5-minute motorbike ride to My Khe Beach, near bridges and makan places!
Our Itinerary
Day 1: Kuala Lumpur - Da Nang
- ✔️3:45pm: Landed at Da Nang Airport.
- ✔️4:10pm: Checked into our accommodation. Just went to eat and stroll around the Han River Bridge, Dragon Bridge, and Love Bridge.
- ✔️6pm: Dinner at Que Xua restaurant (So Sedap!).
- ✔️8pm: Walked to Dragon Bridge, Han River Bridge, and Love Bridge.
- ✔️9:30pm: Back to hotel for the night.
Day 2: Ba Na Hills-Da Nang - Han River Cruise
- ✔️ 8am -5:30pm: Joined a Ba Na Hills tour with hotel pick-up.
- ✔️6:30pm: Seafood dinner at Nam Danh (Super cheap and good!).
- ✔️ 8:20pm: Booked a Han River cruise to watch the Dragon Bridge fire show.
- ✔️10pm: Back to hotel.
Day 3: Cu Lao Cham- Coconut Forest - Hoi An
- ✔️ 9:00am: Reached the speedboat to the island.
- ✔️ 11am: Snorkeling and lunch at Cu Lao Cham.
- ✏️ Stopped by Bai Ong for some beach photos and island check-in.
- ✔️ 2pm: Coconut Forest tour.
- ✔️ 4pm: Took a car to Hoi An to catch the sunset and night scene.
- ✔️ 3:45pm: Went for Cao Lau noodles.
- ✔️ 4:30pm: Weather spoiled the fun. We headed back to Da Nang.
- ✔️ 5:15pm: Reached hotel.
- ✔️ 7pm: Dinner and Helio night market.
- ✔️ 9pm: Snack time by Tran Thi Ly bridge.
- ✔️ 10pm: Back to room.
Day 4: Pham Van Dong Beach-Linh Ung Pagoda-Obama Beach-Snorkeling-My Khe Beach
- ✔️ 5am: Walked from the hotel to Pham Van Dong Beach for sunrise (No sun!). Still enjoyed the beach vibe.
- ✔️ 6am: Back to the hotel and had breakfast.
- ✔️ 8:30am: Went to Linh Ung Pagoda (Easy motorbike ride with scenic views!).
- ✔️ 9:30am: From Linh Ung Pagoda to Obama Beach.
- ✔️ 10:30am: Snorkelling at Son Tra (Recommended by a local at the pagoda).
- ✔️ 12pm: Lunch at a Mi Quang restaurant.
- ✔️ 1:30pm: Napped due to the rain.
- ✔️ 3pm: Went swimming at My Khe Beach.
- ✔️ 5pm: Back to our accommodation, packed, and returned the motorbike.
- ✔️ 9pm: Checked out.
- ✔️ 11:35pm: Flight took off (Alhamdulillah, no delay!).
- ✔️ 2am: Back home.

The food is so affordable and delicious! Sweet flavors everywhere, which I love! If I stay for a month, mesti gemuk!
