I will rate it perfect stay, 10/10.
Check in
Saya sampai hotel dalam jam 10.45pm, terus dapat bilik untuk check in, Kena pre-authorized RM700. I bertanya cuba dapat complimentary upgrade ke seaview room tetapi tidak dapat kerana fully book pada hari pertama.
Then I rush to Club Lounge to get a iced Chocolate and orange juice.
Pada hari kedua, saya cuba minta lagi complimentary upgrade so dapat bilik seaview.
Lobby
Ruang lobi sangat tersusun dan kemas, luas.
Interior/Cleanliness/Amenities
Bilik memang bersih dan tersusun.
View from room
Saya mendapat bilik City View level 14, tetapi boleh Nampak juga laut melalui pandangan tepi.
Hari kedua, saya dapat bilik seaview Level 6, memang full seaview dan terbaik.
Bilik
Ada satu king bed dan one sofa. Nampak luas dan kemas. Sangat puas hati.
Toilet-Cleanliness/Toiletries
Malin + Goetz dibekalkan tetapi shampoo dan bodywash semua attached dinding.
Bilik City view tiada bathtub tetapi masih luas dan bersih. Water pressure for shower a bit low.
Bilik Seaview ada bathtub, water pressure is much better than the previous room.
Wi-Fi / Line
Great and fast, easy connected.
Food
For Club lounge access guest, the food you will never disappoint you the variety a lot and saya tidak dapat sempat berasa lapar sepanjang stay saya. Keep makan sahaja.
Club Lounge
Serve all day coffee, tea, fruit juice and carbonated drink.
Breakfast – 6,30am – 10.30am, Afternoon tea – 2pm to 4pm, Evening Cocktails – 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
I can rate it the best ever club lounge I had compared Hilton PJ, Renaissance KL, Le Meridien Putrajaya, Sheraton Imperial KL. The staffs really friendly very helpful. The breakfast choices are good although compared to the downstair (latest Recipe Restaurant), but it had something did not provide by the main restaurant such as Egg Benedict with such extensive Seaview untuk tengok Sunrise and Sunset.
Afternoon no comment because saya bekerja.
Evening cocktails- makanan memang heaven, Grill Lamb, Chicken Chop, Seafood pasta, Fish Finger, cakes, Mee with Lamb Soup, Fruits, cold cuts, Fried Rice.
Choices of alcohol: Red Wine, White Wine, Beer, cocktails
Breakfast at Latest Recipe
Lot of foods, sendiri tengok, tak larat nk nyatakan.
Facilities (Gym/Swimming Pool/Spa/etc.)
Saya tidak sempat menggunakan swimming pool dan gym. Tetapi swimming pool dia menarik dan ada kedalaman 1.1M, 1.3M dan 1.5M.
Bagi gym, ia menghadap ke laut.
Parking
The basement parking seriously is scary with lack of light. Memang Nampak menakutkan.
CHECKOUT
I asked for late checkout dan dibenarkan sehingga 1pm sahaja. Tetapi saya tidak check out jam 1pm dan check out jam 830am di Club Lounge. Memang pantas.
OVERALL STAY (Full 5-star)
I would like to rate it as heaven level. Memang terbaik. The best ever hotel that I stayed.
10/10.
I will return tetapi dengan ada voucher buy 1 free 1 sahaja.
