Masa check in, lebih kurang 5 min, walaupun depan ada 5-6 orang, tetapi staf mereka well-trained and efficient.
Before check in, saya telah minta secara chat dalam Bonvoy App for room upgrade. I get to see the room have upgraded to Deluxe Bay, Larger Guest Room before saya tiba di Hotel.

Upraded to Deluxe Bay, larger Guest Room (Deluxe Corner Room).
Staf memang bagus dan siap make sure the room is ready sebelum kita check in.
Bilik adalah sangat besar, ada separate bathroom, separate area for closet, Sofa come with 1+2+L shape, TV 50 inch yang boleh pusing to sofa view, King bed yang besar.
The view is swimming pool+Kids playground view, not bad.
Bilik adalah sangat sangat bersih dan keadaan adalah tip top.
Complimentary Birthday deco and Cake
Saya telah request for the complimentary birthday deco dan cake 1 week before check in via emailed.
Come with 2 Helium balloon and some decoration and 1 red velvet cake.
The duty manager hand written welcome card, thumbs up.
Bathroom
Ada bathtub, toilet bowl and shower area separated.
The rain shower water pressure is good.
Fridge
Peti dia penuhkan dengan semua jenis minuman dan ada mini bar utk digunakan. Sekali ambil kena bayar la. Bukan complimentary dan memang chargeable.
Car Park
RM10 per entry and need to validate at the front desk before exit to get RM10 flatrate per entry.
Swimming Pool
Besar dan ada kids playground area, adult and kids water slide.
Ramai staffs untuk remove the water on the floor untuk mengelakkan licin.
Staf sangat ramah mesra.

Variety not much, but is quality food rather than quantity food. Makanan dia sedap dan kualiti. Ada fresh fruit juice.
Additional guest is RM90 per adult.

I claimed my complimentary cake during breakfast (8am) and emailed to the hotel 1 week ago. Is full size chocolate mousse cake. Saya collect 12pm about to check out time.

Saya request late check out dan dibenarkan sehingga 1pm.
Overall
I rate it 95/100 and next round will try Club Room and looking forward for the Full facilities available. Staf very friendly and helpful.
